Advertiser & Affiliate Disclosure
Last updated: June 12, 2026
Cardreap is operated by Soboan LLC ("Cardreap," "we," "our," or "us"). This disclosure explains, in plain language, how Cardreap makes money and how that does — and does not — affect what you see. We want this to be clear and conspicuous, because trust is the entire point of our product.
Cardreap is free, and here's why
You don't pay us a subscription fee. Instead, Cardreap participates in affiliate advertising programs. This means that when you choose to apply for a credit card or other financial product through a link on our site or in our app, and you are approved, the card issuer or an affiliate network may pay us a commission.
You never pay more because you used our link, and the offer terms you receive are set by the issuer — not by us.
How we earn commissions
We work with affiliate networks and advertising partners (for example, sub-affiliate networks that represent banks and card issuers). When you click an affiliate link, a tracking identifier may be passed to the network so that a resulting approved application can be attributed to Cardreap. We may receive a one-time commission for that approval. We do not receive your application details, your approval decision data, or your personal financial information from these networks — only confirmation that a referral occurred.
Our editorial independence
This is the most important part. Cardreap's core function is to audit and reconcile your real benefits using your own transaction data. That analysis is never influenced by who pays us a commission:
- The benefit reconciliation, leakage alerts, and welcome-offer tracking are computed from your transactions. No advertiser can change your numbers.
- When we suggest a card, it is because your own spending shows you would come out ahead — not because it pays the highest commission.
- We may not have an affiliate relationship with every issuer or every card. If a non-partner card is the right answer for you, we will still tell you so.
- Compensation may influence which partner offers are featured or the order in which some offers appear, but it does not influence our factual analysis of your benefits.
About the offers you see
- Card offers, bonuses, minimum-spend requirements, fees, and terms are determined by the issuing bank and can change or end at any time.
- We make a good-faith effort to keep offer information current, but the issuer's website is always the authoritative source. Confirm every detail on the issuer's official page before applying.
- Approval for any product is at the sole discretion of the issuer. Cardreap does not approve applications, issue cards, or make lending decisions.
Cardreap is not a financial advisor
Cardreap is a software tool, not a bank, credit card issuer, broker, or licensed financial, tax, or legal advisor. Our content and recommendations are for general informational purposes and are not individualized financial advice. You are responsible for your own financial decisions, and you should consider consulting a qualified professional for your specific situation.
Responsible-spend commitment
When we help you track a welcome-offer minimum spend, we only ever encourage you to route spending you have already planned through a card. We will never tell you to make wasteful, manufactured, or unnecessary purchases to chase a bonus. Carrying a balance to earn rewards almost always costs more in interest than the rewards are worth.
